Book Kaleidoscope 2104 – Day 2: Top Five Most Memorable Quotes



While the first category (Top Five Book Boy Friends) is relatively easy, picking memorable quotes turned out to be a harder task. There are books which have more than one quote; nevertheless, five best and memorable quotes must I pick, so here they are….

 Except for Jane Eyre’s, each quote I have picked here really represents what the books are about. But my favorite—and the one which has sunk deepest in my hear—is this one below… The truth and the irony are so strong, just like the book. It deserved to get the title of....

  1. That Last of the Mohicans quote is really good! I'm pretty bad at remembering quotes but when I saw that one here I remembered how much I liked it when I first read it.

    1. Actually I'm not good in remembering good quotes either, but since I began this yearly meme, I put down good quotes in a word file, so that when it's time to do Book Kaleidoscope, I would have had a handful of good quotes to select from. :)

  2. Lovely choices, & I love how you used images for the quotes! The House of Mirth is one of my favorite novels. Wharton is such a poet.
